Moondawn
One CD album, from 1976. The second "classic" after "Timewind".
Timewind
One CD album with two long titles that are "classics" today. It's from
1975. For many of the second generation electronic musicians "Timewind" was
introduction, outset and awakening.
"X"
Double CD album, from 1978. Includes the hypnotic masterstroke "Ludwig II"
(with added string orchestra), and more. Avoid to buy the two SEPARATE
volumes. This silly idea - to separate the two CDs after 22 years - is a
strange attempt by a British label just to get more money from you. Don't
support this greedy violation. NOTE: The original double CD is still
available for nearly the same price (!) that this British label asks for
just half of the album.
Mirage
One CD album, a "classic" from 1977. Regarded highly by most KS aficionados.
Are You Sequenced?
It's a groovy modern style bestseller from 1996.
...Live...
Double CD album with concert recordings from 1976 and '79.
Audentity
Double CD album by a more experimental Klaus Schulze, from 1983.
The Ultimate Edition
...is only for those who want to start real big. It's fifty CDs (in five 10-CD boxes). Nothing of the 62 hours of live and studio music
from 1970 to 1999 was formerly released on official albums.
...finally and in addition, there are two samplers with a
very good overview of Schulze's work, the first was compiled and mastered
by Klaus himself, the second by myself, kdm:
